Join our Creative Media and Game Technologies team as Team Lead! You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor colleagues, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. With CMGT rolling out a new curriculum, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding the team through this exciting phase. We’re seeking a confident, detail-oriented leader with strong problem-solving skills and experience in curriculum development to lead us forward.

This is what you do:

As a team lead for Creative Media and Game Technologies (CMGT) you are responsible for the daily management of the colleagues in the team, planning and scheduling, the quality ensurance, and the continuous development of the curriculum. Since CMGT is implementing a new curriculum, you’ll have to facilitate the team in this state of development. This involves coaching, problem solving on short notice, but also keeping the big picture in mind. A confident leader who is calm in times of change with a keen eye for detail and structure. Experience in curriculum development is a plus.

At Saxion, you will be a member of the (CMGT )  team which provides education and research for the Creative Media and Game Technologies programme. This team is part of the . ACT is continuously working on finding the right balance between creativity and technology to prepare students for their future in a dynamic work environment.
