About eMagiz
eMagiz is an integration platform that enables customers and partners to develop business-critical integrations. Our platform is used by leading organizations such as PostNL, TVM and BAM. You will be part of an international team where English is the primary language. As a Software Developer, you'll work in a multidisciplinary Scrum team with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop your expertise.
What you'll do
- Design, develop and deliver new and improved platform functionality, from concept to production.
- Translate user requirements into reusable, generic software components.
- Work with open-source frameworks and model-driven technology.
- Contribute to the platform roadmap and continuously improve the product based on user feedback.
- Take ownership of the software you build, including maintenance and operations (DevOps).

You understand how technical decisions impact the overall architecture and enjoy sharing your knowledge with your colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Software Developer.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of working and thinking, demonstrated through education or relevant work experience.
- Experience with Java, TypeScript, Spring (Integration), Scrum, CI/CD and DevOps.
- Knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, containerization, cloud platforms and security best practices (OIDC, OAuth and JWT).
- Familiarity with UML and object-oriented design; experience with modeling environments is a plus.
- Able to work independently, accurately and in a structured manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
What we offer
- A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A competitive salary between €4,100 and €4,700 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek), depending on your experience, plus a performance-based bonus.
