As a Docking Team Leader, you will be responsible to coordinate mobilization and docking projects. You will coordinate the projects taking care schedule, budget and QHSE aspects, among others.
Within this role, you will work on mobilization, dockings, commission, maintenance and repair of technical assets, analyses and improve equipment’s performance, in line with internal business demands and QSHE-S guidelines, in order to contribute to a high-quality, reliable and safe equipment against optimal costs and to optimally enable Operations to execute client projects. Your responsibilities
You have an overall responsibility for dockings and mobilization projects of multipurpose offshore vessels. To do this you manage the various aspects of the docking and mobilization project, including the budgeted time, cost, execution, contractual and commercial aspects. You evaluate repair specifications, subcontractors and coordinate the overall technical execution of the works. Together with your colleague of QHSE, you are responsible for all safety, health and quality aspects.
Further you support in the development of commercial budgets and work schedules for mobilization activities. And finally you are responsible for the mobilization tender management, and cost control.
Your profile
· BSc or MSc degree in a relevant engineering discipline
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience
· You possess good coordinating skills
· Being a team player and having a flexible attitude
· Willing to travel abroad about 50% of the time in short business trips
