Demcon Life Sciences Health is a multidisciplinary development and engineering partner for mechatronic challenges, from concept to realisation, in the field of medical and biotechnical products. /ph3What are you going to do? /h3pYour technical insight, experience and problem-solving skills make you a trusted partner for our (international) customers. You will have final responsibility for the system design, from requirements and architecture to implementation, integration, verification and validation. /ppYou will switch smoothly between regulations (such as ISO 13485), pragmatism and project goals. As a technical leader, you will work closely with project management and (lead) engineers to monitor quality, planning and budget. You will provide direction, maintain an overview and ensure strong cooperation within the team. /ppYou are entrepreneurial, contribute ideas to the project structure and know how to inspire people. Your work is diverse, challenging and makes a visible contribution to innovations in healthcare. /ph3What do you bring to the table? /h3p· At least 9 years of experience as a systems engineer in an RD environment /pp· MSc/PhD in, for example, Mechatronics, Electronics or Biomedical Technology /pp· Knowledge of medical standards and Safety Risk Management (such as ISO 13485) /pp· Proactive, flexible attitude; you anticipate risks and ensure that the team can continue to work smoothly /ph3What do we offer you? /h3pAt Demcon we value a nice workplace.
