That means you will have the space to develop yourself into an all‑round Senior Engineer with knowledge of various disciplines or you will focus on Design or Structural Engineering. /p h3What do we expect of you? /h3 pAs a Senior Mechanical Engineer you contribute to potential project innovations and you make a proactive contribution to the further development of our Engineering capabilities. /p h3This Means You Will Be Responsible For /h3 ul liModeling (FEM) and calculation of mechanical designs for heavy (offshore) systems. /li liMaking system, basic and detailed designs. /li liDefining specifications for purchased parts. /li liDesigning with a focus on: material usage, dimensions/weight, functionality lifetime and maintenance access. /li liPerforming detailed calculations to optimise designs. /li /ul h3You're Proactive, Team‑Playing, Client‑Oriented and Practical /h3 ul liProactive and familiar with new developments within your expertise; an excellent communicator. /li liA team player, you enjoy working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams and have the ability to work independently. /li liFlexible and creative. /li liClient oriented and focused. /li liPractical, accurate and punctual. /li liLiving in the Enschede region (max. 50 km one way).
