Position Summary:
The Kitlock Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of CodeLocks’ kitlock products across the Netherlands, France, and Belgium. This role is based in the Netherlands and involves independent working, direct client engagement, and the development of regional sales strategies. You will report directly to the General Manager and Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and sell the Codelocks kitlock brand across designated markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in the Netherlands, France, and Belgium.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide expert product advice and support to meet client needs.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Regularly report sales performance, opportunities, and challenges to the GM and Regional Director.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage your own travel and scheduling to maximize regional coverage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
- Proficiency in one additional language is highly desirable.
- Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the security or related industry.
- Sales experience in the cabinet or office furniture market is preferable but not essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must be based in the Netherlands.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
