We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing business based in Enschede. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving quality excellence, continuous improvement, and operational performance across the site.You will play a central role within the plant leadership team, ensuring that quality standards are embedded across all areas of the business, while leading improvements in products, processes, and systems.The Role As Quality Manager, you will lead the site’s quality function, driving a strong culture of continuous improvement, right-first-time performance, and operational discipline.You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and leadership teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure compliance with quality standards.Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the site Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and warranty issuesTranslate strategic quality objectives into actionable operational plansChampion a strong quality culture, supporting change management and team engagementLead structured problem-solving activities using PDCA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and QC toolsMonitor and report on key quality KPIs, presenting performance to senior leadershipSupport new product introduction (NPI), ensuring quality is embedded from design through to productionOversee product specifications, testing processes, and supplier quality performanceLead, mentor, and develop the quality team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environmentWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between quality, production, and business objectivesWhat We’re Looking For Degree in Engineering, Quality, Science, or equivalent experienceMinimum 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing quality, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standardsProven track record of delivering continuous improvement and quality performance enhancementsExperience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt desirable)Strong working knowledge of quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DOE, SPCExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive change in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
