You will work at the intersection of product, engineering and customer success, responsible for end‑to‑end validation of AI/ML functionality and for building scalable automation across embedded systems and cloud services. /p h3What you will do /h3 h3AI Quality Integration /h3 ul liValidate the end‑to‑end behavior of AI features (including computer vision, ADAS, DMS) across device, edge and cloud. /li liBuild data‑driven feedback loops to diagnose performance issues, tune models and improve real‑world outcomes. /li liDesign and implement test plans, suites and reusable automation for embedded/edge AI and video analytics. /li liDevelop and extend Python‑based test frameworks (or equivalent) for HIL testing, simulation and in‑vehicle validation. /li /ul h3Execution Systems Validation /h3 ul liExecute functional, regression, stress and performance tests on firmware features such as AD, DMS, A/V recording, livestreaming, OTA updates, GNSS/WiFi location, power management and protocol stacks. /li liInstrument systems to capture telemetry, logs and metrics, and analyze defects across firmware and cloud layers. /li liUse tools such as Wireshark, Drewlinq, serial loggers, oscilloscopes and power analyzers to verify data flow and system stability. /li liDocument issues clearly in JIRA (or similar), including reproducible steps and supporting evidence; collaborate with developer stores to resolve root causes. /li liWork cross‑functionally with product managers and software, firmware and hardware teams to translate requirements into concrete testable deliverables. /li liProactively identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in verification and release practices. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 h3Required /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Systems Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). /li liAt least 5 years of experience in QA or systems engineering with embedded/IoT devices and at least 2 years in AI/ML applications or computer vision. /li liStrong understanding of QA methodologies, test types (functional, performance, stress, regression) and best practices. /li liExperience with test automation (preferably Python) and frameworks for embedded/edge systems. /li liAbility to interpret hardware/software interactions and excellent debugging, analytical, communication and organizational skills. /li liComfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. /li liFluency in both Dutch and English. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liExperience with real‑time video processing, edge AI or dashcam technologies. /li liExposure to vehicle/videotelematics, power optimization or environmental robustness. /li liFamiliarity with tools such as TestRail, Postman, Wireshark and log/telemetry analysis. /li liUnderstanding of fleet safety, telematics or automotive camera systems. /li liContribution to safety‑critical AI features that truly impact drivers and fleets. /li liWork across device, edge and cloud with real customers and real‑world data. /li liCompetitive salary, strong benefits and extensive opportunities for training, development and growth. /li /ul pXirgo is a leading innovator in Smart Fleet Logistics, delivering intelligent, data‑driven solutions that make fleet operations safer, smarter and more productive.
