Onze oorsprong ligt bij Expert Webdesign, waarbij wij websites voor allerlei bedrijven ontwikkelden. Zo ook voor recreatie ondernemers. Hier kwamen we telkens hetzelfde probleem tegen: de websites liepen ver voor op de markt en concurrentie, maar misten de mogelijkheid om direct via de website een vakantie te boeken. Klanten moesten hiervoor telefonisch contact opnemen met de receptie of uitwijken naar externe boekingsplatforms. Dit moest beter en gemakkelijker, dachten we.

Daarom zijn we om tafel gegaan met allerlei partijen als receptionistes, parkmanagers, technische diensten, schoonmakers, slagboompartijen en de directie, om vanuit diverse perspectieven de knelpunten in kaart te brengen. Het resultaat was de ontwikkeling van een innovatief reserveringssysteem dat alle benodigdheden voor recreatiebedrijven integreert. Zo is in 2011 Booking Experts ontstaan. Ons boekingsplatform is uitgegroeid tot hét platform voor vakantieparken, campings, hotels in diverse landen.

Om aan de groeiende vraag te voldoen, hebben we in 2017 ons marketingbureau Booking Boosters opgericht. Hiermee kunnen we onze klanten helpen om hun online omzet te verhogen en hun groei te stimuleren. Middels effectieve en performance based marketingtechnieken, zoals SEO, SEA, Affiliate Marketing en Social Media, helpen wij vakantieparken groeien en floreren!

 



As a Product Marketer, you turn complex technology into clear value for recreation businesses. You help our users understand why our product software matters and make sure new features reach the right audience with the right message.

What you'll do

As a Product Marketer at Booking Experts, you help tell the story behind our product. You work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to make sure everyone understands the value we create for our customers.

You translate product updates into clear stories, create customer stories and whitepapers, and help bring new features to market. You make sure Sales has the right materials to explain our product during demos and customer conversations.

You don’t just look at what a feature does, but why it matters. What problem does it solve? How does it help recreation businesses run their operations better? You use customer feedback and data to improve our messaging and make sure we communicate the right things to the right audience.

What you bring

You enjoy turning complex information into clear stories. You understand that good product marketing is about connecting customer needs, product features and the right message.

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology

  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English

  • You are comfortable working with data to support your decisions

  • You live in the Enschede/Zwolle area and enjoy working in a down-to-earth team where people take initiative and get things done.
