Inverid is the market leader in NFC-based remote identity verification. Companies and governments worldwide use our product ReadID, software that verifies identities remotely and reduces identity fraud. Our customers include banks such as ING, Rabobank, and ASB Bank (New Zealand), government agencies such as the UK Home Office and the Danish Digital Agency.
As an implementation consultant, you will support customers in setting up and using our ReadID technology. This starts during the sales process and extends into the onboarding process. You will ensure you understand and clarify customer requirements, understand how passport chips work, their security, and what ReadID does with them. Depending on the customer and use-case, biometrics (facial recognition), authentication, and complementary identification technologies (e.g., optical, video, inferred) can be part of the solution.
You will:
- Support new customers and partners in the onboarding and implementation of ReadID;
- Advise on how to use ReadID effectively;
- Assist the sales department with technical questions;
- Ensure effective implementation of ReadID at multiple customers simultaneously;
- Work with a diverse range of customer stakeholders;
- Collaborate with internal experts to provide the best answers and solutions;
- Contribute to improving API documentation and technical manuals based on experiences;
- Involve product management in customer feature requests;
- Work closely with our Service Delivery and Customer Success departments.
Who are you?
You have a relevant BSc or MSc degree (computer science, software engineering, or computer security);
You are a tech enthusiast who understands customer needs and solves problems quickly;
You possess strong communication skills and can manage customer expectations effectively;
You have the technical knowledge to engage with fellow developers;
You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and can give constructive feedback;
You have experience with mobile (iOS, Android) and server/SaaS solutions, including REST APIs, JSON, XML, and JWT;
You have strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and prioritize tasks;
You command the English language well (verbal and written);
You can guide a ReadID implementation project from start to finish;
You live in the Netherlands or are willing to relocate to the Enschede area; working from our tech hub in Valencia is also an option;
You will work at least 2 days per week in the office.
