Working hours
You
will work full-time from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and
17:00.

oversight, make adjustments where needed and ensure that complex
dismantling projects are carried out safely, efficiently and

looking for a Mechanical Manager for an organization in
Enschede.
As a manager
within the Disassembly & Dismantling department, you are
responsible for the daily supervision and success of multiple
projects at the same time. Your responsibilities include:
- Daily supervision of mechanics and preparation
of the work - Creating and executing (daily)
schedules - Managing project budgets and the
financial progress of the department - Correctly
managing and administrating recycling and waste streams - Ensuring safety and quality during aircraft
dismantling - Coordinating and reporting to
other departments, such as Warehouse & Logistics and Sales - Conducting job interviews and expanding the
team of mechanics - Arranging inspections and
ensuring the availability of the correct tools and equipment - Assisting with aircraft dismantling yourself
when necessary or possible

Functie-eisen
- At least an MBO level 4 diploma in a technical field (for
example aircraft maintenance, mechanical engineering, mechatronics
or similar) - At least 3 years of experience in
a managerial or supervisory role - Additional
safety certifications (such as VCA-VOL) are a strong plus - Affinity with aviation technology and
dismantling processes - Strong organizational,
administrative and planning skills - Focus on
safety and quality - Strong communication
skills, persuasive and able to connect people
