Position Overview
This role coordinates the retrieval of faulty machines by managing customer communication via email and placing logistics orders. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, strong written English, native Chinese, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Logistics experience and Dutch language skills are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with the customer via email to arrange the retrieval of the old machines.
- Place a logistics order to arrange the retrieval of faulty machines.
- The inventory of the old machines has already been physically counted.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Experience in logistics would be preferred;
- Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English with strong written communication skills; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
