A true sales hunter with strong account management skills, operating confidently in a competitive retail and distributor environment.Your mission As Key Account Manager, you are fully responsible for driving growth across your key accounts in the Benelux. You build strong relationships, identify new opportunities and turn data into compelling sales stories. You don’t just manage accounts — you hunt for growth and make it responsibilities include:Managing and expanding key retail and distributor accounts at HQ and store levelLeading commercial negotiations on volume, pricing, promotions and returnsIdentifying and securing incremental and new business opportunitiesDeveloping and executing customer-specific business plansWorking closely with distributors, sales force and internal teamsUsing market data (GfK), sales and stock insights to strengthen your selling storyMonitoring promotional execution and continuously optimizing performanceActing as a strategic sparring partner to the Sales Director on growth initiativesYou own your customers, your numbers and your results.Who you areYou are not a passive account manager — you are a commercial hunter.
