The TriboForm (TF) solver generates friction libraries which are used when simulating the sheet metal forming process in AutoForm. The TF solver is a stand-alone code written in MatLab. To integrate the TF Solver in the TF Analyzer, which visualizes the TF libraries, the MatLab code must be restructured and ported. In addition, build-in MatLab functionality must be replaced. In this process you will collaborate closely with the TF application engineers.

Your tasks

Integration of the TF solver in the TF Analyzer GUI

Validation of the software components developed

Maintenance and further development of the TF Analyzer

Provide support to the other development team members

Your profile

Bachelor`s degree in computer science

Good programming skills in C#

Experience in programming of own apps is a plus

Strong technical interest, willingness to get involved in complex technical issues

Team Player with a strong commitment to problem solving

Good knowledge of English required.

The role is based in Enschede, the Netherlands.

The duration at 100% workload is 6 months. After this period, it is possible to continue at a workload of 40%.
