Our Head Office is located in Amsterdam, where our central functions are concentrated, and our Research and Design Centre is located in Enschede. The core HR R&D team consists of an HR Manager and an HRBP, but there is a lot of interaction with HR colleagues from other locations.
Objective or the assignment
As an HR intern at Apollo Tyres Global R&D, you will work closely with the HR Manager and HR Business Partner, collaborating with colleagues from both the local and India-based HR teams. This internship offers a hands-on learning opportunity in core HR activities within a global R&D environment.
Your responsibilities will include supporting recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding, training and development, and various administrative HR tasks. Projects will be flexible and tailored to your learning focus, providing exposure to different HR functions and practical experience in a multinational setting.

Your profile
- Enrolled Bachelor or Master student of Business Administration, I/HRM, Psychology or related course with a focus on human resources
- Strong communication skills in English, any other language is a plus
- Entrepreneurial and business oriented
- Strong customer orientation and stakeholder awareness
- Proactive and result oriented way of working
- Strong planning & organizing skills
