About the job
You'll assist Dutch-speaking customers of a European fintech platform with questions concerning banking, payments, cards, investments and account management.
What you'll be doing
— Provide clear and accurate customer assistance
— Handle payment and card enquiries
— Support users with investments and account questions
— Troubleshoot transactions and app-access issues
— Forward complex cases to the relevant teams
Requirements
— Dutch C1/C2 or native level — required
— English minimum B2 — required
— EU citizenship and valid EU passport — required
— High School Diploma — required
— Excellent communication skills
— Customer-oriented mindset
— Strong problem-solving abilities
— Availability for rotational shifts
Work Schedule
— 40 hours per week
— Rotating shifts Monday–Sunday
— Project operates 24/7
Work Arrangement
Remote work in Portugal with an expected future transition to hybrid.
