Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with their inquiries regarding bookings made on Booking.com.
- Provide accurate information about accommodations, available services, and booking modifications.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for service improvement and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on promotions, industry trends, and service offerings to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong dedication to customer service with a focus on satisfaction.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly within the travel or hospitality industry, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and patient demeanor with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- A genuine interest in travel and knowledge of popular destinations is a plus.
- Must hold an EU passport.
