Responsibilities

- Conduct follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Provide training or support to customers as required
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in after sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in using electronic communication tools and customer management systems
