Dutch Customer Support in Lisbon | Streaming Platform | Accommodation Support

Rotative Shifts – Monday to Sunday (07:00–23:00)
(2 rotating days off – potential future 24/7 schedule)

What You Will Do
• Support customers via phone, chat, and email
• Assist with account and technical-related inquiries
• Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented responses
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience aligned with brand standards
Who We’re Looking For
• Dutch native or fluent (mandatory) + English B2 minimum
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working rotating shifts
• Experience is a plus, but not required
