Deskside Support

Contract (6 Months duration).

5 days onsite

Enschede, Netherlands

Job Description:

1. On-Site Desk-Side Support: Experience with hardware-related issues such as desktops, laptops, printers, thin clients, network devices, and Wi-Fi networks.

2. Troubleshooting Complex Issues: Ability to resolve hardware failures, configuration problems, and software-related issues.

3. Operating System Support: Experience troubleshooting OS-level issues

4. Email Configuration and Support: Configure email accounts Outlook, Office 365) and resolve related configuration issues to ensure proper functionality

5. Basic Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with network devices (switches, access points) and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).

  • Teams, Team Rooms, Team Phones or any other equivalent Collaboration tools
  • Print Servers
  • Specialty printers like label printers, barcode printers etc.
  • LAN across all the location
  • Physical Network with LAN switches
  • Wifi Network (across Office locations and plant locations)
  • Administration of Collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex etc.
  • Video Conference Systems administration
  • IP Telephone like Team Phones
