     Location: Apeldoorn, Netherlands (with international rotation)

    Are you a recent graduate eager to grow into a leadership role within a global manufacturing company? Our Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) offers a unique 2.5-year journey designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience, strategic projects, and international exposure.

     Program Overview – Your 2.5-Year Journey

  • Process Engineering (6 months)
    Gain deep insights into manufacturing processes and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and reliability.
  • Capital Investment Projects (6 months)
    (Co-)Lead Capex projects such as equipment upgrades and safety enhancements, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Production Leadership Role (12 months)
    Take on a real leadership position in operations, managing teams on the shop floor and driving performance.
  • International Rotation (6 months)
    Work abroad in a different business area outside your core expertise to broaden your perspective and global mindset.
